Open Settings
Go to Settings › General › About.

Look for “Digital SIM” or “EID”
If you find either of these entries in the list, your iPhone supports eSIM.

Check the model
iPhone XS, XS Max, XR and later are compatible. Some models purchased in China, Hong Kong or Macau may not support eSIM.

Open the Phone app
Dial *#06# as if you were making a call.

Look for the EID entry
If an EID code appears, your device supports eSIM.

Check that it is unlocked
Not all Android phones are compatible: it depends on the model and the country of sale. The phone must not be tied to a carrier.

Offer details and expectations
The offer includes an eSIM compatible with 4G and 5G networks, through the best local operators, with coverage that generally reaches 99% of the population. In some areas or at times of heavier traffic, speed may be temporarily reduced.
Important: our eSIMs are data-only and do not include a phone number for traditional calls.
Activation policy and compatibility
eSIMs must be activated within 60 days of the purchase date. Activation happens at the time of the first connection to the network of the destination country.
Compatible: all iPhones from XS, XS Max and XR onwards, and Android phones that support eSIM (dial *#06# and check for the EID entry).
Unlimited data and Fair Usage Policy
The unlimited plan is subject to a Fair Usage Policy: you can use up to 10GB per day at full speed; once you exceed this threshold, the connection is reduced to 256kbps for the rest of the day.
Shipping, installation and returns
You will receive an email right after your order is confirmed, with detailed setup instructions. We recommend installing the eSIM before departure (unless otherwise specified).
The eSIM is refundable only if it has not yet been installed on any device and the validity period has not started.
