Terms and Conditions of Sale and Service

Welcome to Infinite 5G. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services, which include Pocket Wi-Fi rental, eSIM sales and the Concierge service. By using the site or purchasing our products, you fully accept everything described below.

1. Who we are

The website www.infinite5g.com and the services offered are operated by SAVO di Savoldi Nicola ("Infinite 5G", "we"), based in Via Michelangelo 216, 25124 Brescia (BS), VAT number IT04585610985, email info@infinite5g.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Using the products and services offered by Infinite 5G implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not make purchases or bookings on the site.

3. Description of Services

3.1 Pocket Wi-Fi Rental: 5G Wi-Fi router with data SIM and accessories included. This service is available only for shipments to addresses in Italy. Orders with a shipping address abroad will be canceled and fully refunded.

3.2 eSIM: available for the destinations indicated from time to time on the relevant product page (e.g. Japan, China, South Korea and further destinations being progressively added), with pre-configured data plans. Compatibility of the device with the eSIM is the customer's responsibility, and the customer must verify the technical requirements before purchasing.

3.3 Concierge Service: for details on the content, delivery methods and specific conditions of the Concierge service, please refer to the relevant page on the site; any additional specific conditions will be communicated to you before your order is confirmed.

4. Bookings, Orders and Payments

4.1 All orders must be placed through the official website or through customer support.
4.2 Rental bookings are subject to availability.
4.3 Payment is required at the time of order, using the methods accepted on the site.

5. Right of Withdrawal (for consumer customers)

If you purchase as a consumer, i.e. for purposes unrelated to any business, trade, craft or profession of yours, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason, pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). The period runs:

from the date the contract is concluded (order date), as these are services (Pocket Wi-Fi rental, eSIM).

How to exercise the right of withdrawal: send a notice to info@infinite5g.com, either using the standard withdrawal form (Annex I, part B, of the Italian Consumer Code) or with an explicit statement in any other written form.

Effects of withdrawal: if the withdrawal is valid, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. For physical goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or proof that it has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

5.1 Pocket Wi-Fi

The device is generally shipped 7 days before the departure date indicated in the order: shipping may therefore take place during the 14-day withdrawal period. By completing the order, you expressly request that performance of the rental (including shipping) may begin before the withdrawal period expires.

• If you withdraw before shipping, the order is canceled and fully refunded, with no penalty.
• If you withdraw after shipping, you must return the device and accessories intact, at your own expense, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice; we may deduct an amount proportional to the rental days already accrued up to the time of withdrawal, plus the shipping costs actually incurred.
• Once the 14-day period from the order date has elapsed, if the device has already been shipped, no further returns or refunds are possible, unless otherwise agreed in writing with our customer service.

5.2 eSIM

The eSIM is sent automatically by email immediately after the order is confirmed. By completing the purchase, you expressly request that supply begin immediately, even during the withdrawal period: pursuant to art. 59, letter o), of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is extinguished once the eSIM has been activated. Until activation, the eSIM remains fully refundable on request to info@infinite5g.com.

6. Use of Products and Services

6.1 The customer is responsible for the correct use of the Pocket Wi-Fi or eSIM.
6.2 Using the products for illegal activities or activities that compromise the network is prohibited.
6.3 "Unlimited" data plans are considered as such when used for legitimate travel-related purposes (browsing, social media, streaming). Massive downloads or activities unrelated to travel may result in speed reductions or usage limits.

7. Damage, Loss and Late Return of the Pocket Wi-Fi

The following charges apply in case of Pocket Wi-Fi rental, in the event of damage, loss or late return:

• Damage to the router: €79
• Loss of the router: €199
• Damage to or loss of each accessory: €15
• Damage to or loss of the powerbank: €35
• Late return: €7/day per device, beyond 48 hours from the indicated return date

Optional accidental damage insurance is available (€10), covering the router, accessories and powerbank. The router and accessories must be returned within 48 hours of the return date indicated in the order; if you are unable to return them, please contact us immediately.

8. Booking Changes and Cancellations

Booking changes are free of charge as long as they do not extend the rental period. Extensions incur an additional cost proportional to the length requested. For cancellations, see point 5 (Right of Withdrawal).

9. eSIM Compatibility and Activation

9.1 It is the user's responsibility to make sure their device is compatible with the eSIM purchased.
9.2 The eSIM must be activated according to the instructions provided. Activating it earlier than your arrival at the destination may result in early consumption of the data plan.

10. Liability

Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, Infinite 5G is not liable for interruptions, slowdowns or malfunctions caused by external or uncontrollable factors (e.g. third-party network operators, local coverage conditions). The customer is responsible for the care and return of rented products in good condition.

11. Processing of Personal Data

Personal data provided is processed in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy, available on the site.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes involving customers acting as consumers, the exclusive jurisdiction lies with the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, pursuant to art. 33, paragraph 2, letter u), of the Italian Consumer Code. For relationships with customers acting in the course of a business, commercial, artisanal or professional activity, the Court of Brescia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
