Couriers Used
Shipments are made via SDA or InPost, depending on the preference indicated by the customer at the time of order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are always paid by the buyer and are calculated and shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Delivery Times and Methods
Pocket Wi-Fi
Pocket Wi-Fi devices are shipped 7 days before the departure date indicated in the order. During holiday periods or peak season, shipping may take place earlier to ensure on-time delivery.
eSIM
eSIMs are sent automatically by email immediately after the order is confirmed. Please make sure you enter your email address correctly when purchasing.
Tracking
All courier shipments come with a tracking code, which is sent to the customer by email as soon as it's available.
