Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal

This policy applies to all purchases made on www.infinite5g.com and supplements the provisions of the Terms of Service, which should be consulted for the full details of the Right of Withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal: general rules

If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason, pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo). To exercise it, write to info@infinite5g.com stating your order number.

Pocket Wi-Fi

• Before shipping: you can cancel your order at any time and receive a full refund, with no penalty.
• After shipping (which generally takes place 7 days before departure): you can still withdraw within 14 days of the order date, returning the device intact at your own expense within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. In this case we will deduct an amount proportional to the rental days already accrued, plus the shipping costs incurred.
• Once the 14-day period from the order date has elapsed, if the device has already been shipped, no returns or refunds are possible, even if the device has not been used.

eSIM

• eSIMs are fully refundable provided they have not been activated.
• Once activated, an eSIM can no longer be returned or refunded, pursuant to art. 59, letter o), of the Italian Consumer Code (supply of digital content that has begun with the customer's express consent).

How to request a return, cancellation or refund

Write to info@infinite5g.com stating your order number and the reason for your request. We will reply with instructions on how to proceed. If the withdrawal is valid, the refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving your notice (or, for physical goods, from receipt of the returned product, if later), using the same payment method used for the purchase.
