Enter your departure date from Italy in the "Departure" field, and in the "Return" field, the last day you'll be at your destination (i.e. the day you leave the country).

The system automatically deducts one day from the booking, counting it as a travel day: you won't be charged for it.

The Pocket WiFi is shipped 7 days before departure using the method chosen at checkout:

Home delivery via SDA express courier 📦 or pickup at a locker or InPost Point 📍

🕒 Returns must be made within 48 business hours of your return, using the return label included in the original shipment.

In some cases, the label may be sent later by email.

The kit includes the Pocket WiFi, charging cable and Japanese plug adapter, and a hard case.

You can also purchase accidental damage insurance or rent a powerbank.

Delivery is currently limited to Italy.

The data plan included with the Pocket WiFi is unlimited, but subject to a Fair Usage Policy.

You have 10GB per day at maximum available speed. Once you exceed this limit, speed is reduced to 256kbps — still enough for text messages, browsing, and maps, just slower.

The 10GB limit resets automatically at midnight (Japan) or every 24 hours of use (everywhere else).

The Pocket WiFi is designed for tourist use: browsing, maps, social media. In case of improper use of the connection, the carrier reserves the right to limit or suspend it.

You can check your data usage directly on the Pocket WiFi's screen.

In case of damage (without insurance) or loss, the following fees apply.

Router damage (cracked screen, deformed casing): €79

Router loss: €199

Accessory damage or loss: €15/accessory

Powerbank damage or loss: €35

The Pocket WiFi is compatible with any device that has Wi-Fi connectivity.
