Details and useful information
Shipping, return and kit contents
The Pocket Wifi is shipped 7 days before departure using the method chosen at checkout: home delivery with express courier or pickup at a locker or InPost Point.
The return must be made within 48 business hours of your return, with the return label included in the initial shipment. In some cases the label may be sent later by email.
The kit includes the Pocket Wifi, charging cable and plug, and a hard case. You can add accidental damage insurance or rent a power bank.
Delivery is currently limited to Italy.
Unlimited data and Fair Usage Policy
The included data plan is unlimited, but subject to a Fair Usage Policy.
Every day you have 10GB at full speed. Once you exceed the threshold, the speed drops to 256kbps, enough for messages, browsing and maps. Browsing will be considerably slower.
The threshold resets every midnight (Japan only) or every 24 hours of use in the rest of the world. You can check your usage directly on the Pocket Wifi screen.
The service is designed for tourist use; in case of improper use the operator may limit or suspend the connection at any time, regardless of whether the thresholds above have been reached.
Damage and loss
In case of damage (with insurance) to the Pocket Wifi or the included accessories, no penalty applies. The insurance does not cover loss of the Pocket Wifi or accessories.
In case of damage (without insurance) or loss, the following deductibles apply:
Damage to the device (broken glass, deformed casing): €79
Loss of the device: €199
Damage or loss of accessories: €15 per accessory
Damage or loss of power bank: €35
Compatibility
The Pocket Wifi is compatible with all devices with a Wi-Fi connection: smartphones, tablets and computers.
