History
• Located in Shibuya, near Harajuku, Yoyogi-Kōen and Meiji-jingumae stations.

• Site of Japan's first powered flight (1910, Captain Yoshitoshi Tokugawa).
• Olympic Village for the 1964 Olympics.
• Officially became a park in 1967.
