Pocket Wifi - Japan

Enter your departure date from Italy in the “Departure” field and your last day in Japan (i.e., the day you leave the country) in the “Return” field.

The system will automatically deduct one day from your booking, considering it as a travel day: you will therefore not be charged.

If you plan to stop outside Japan, before or after your trip, write to us at info@infinite5g.com : we will help you book the Pocket Wifi taking into account only the actual days of your stay in Japan.

The Pocket Wifi is shipped 7 days before departure using the method chosen at checkout:

Home delivery with UPS 📦 or collection at a locker or InPost Point 📍

🕒 Returns must be made within 48 working hours of receipt , using the return label included in the initial shipment.

In some cases, the label may be sent later via email.

✉️ In Italy, shipping and returns are free. For the rest of Europe, the cost is €9.99.

The kit includes Pocket Wifi, charging cable and Japanese plug, and hard case.

You can also purchase accidental damage insurance or rent a power bank.

Delivery is currently limited to Europe.

The data plan included with Pocket Wifi is unlimited and has no daily limits .

However, the operator reserves the right to limit or suspend the connection in case of improper use (Fair Usage Policy), such as:

• bulk download of update files
• downloading console games
• activities such as cryptocurrency mining

The service is designed to ensure a smooth and correct experience for all users.

In case of damage (without insurance) or loss, deductibles are applied.

Router damage (broken glass, deformed case): €79

Lost router: €199

Damage or loss of accessories: €15/accessory

Damage or loss of power bank: €35

The Pocket Wifi is compatible with all devices with a Wi-Fi connection.
