What is a Pocket Wifi?

How does unlimited data work?
You get 10 GB per day at full speed; once you pass that threshold, the speed drops to 256 kbps, enough for messages, maps and basic browsing. The count restarts every day.
Do I need to set anything up?
No. The Pocket Wifi arrives ready to use: switch it on, look for its Wifi network on your device and connect.
How many devices can I connect?
Up to 11 devices at the same time.
How long does the battery last?
12 hours with intensive use, 24 hours with moderate use. For longer days you can add a power bank.
How much does shipping cost?
Home delivery costs €6.99, delivery to a pickup point or locker €4.99. The cost also includes the return, with a prepaid label.
How do I return it?
When you get back you have 48 business hours to send it back with the prepaid label we provide.
